According to the founder of the restaurant & cafe, Garbis Khorozian, the choice of the name is not only a tribute to our history and an effort to bring up that historical character, but also a good opportunity to return to the roots and create a bridge between history and innovation.

Khorozyan International
Khorozyan International LLC was established in 2014, by its founder-director Garbis Khorozian.
In addition to SEBEOS Restaurant & Cafe, Khorozyan International has founded the famous Carahunge restaurants in Armenia. In 2015, in Stepanavan, and ~2017, in Dilijan, along with the Carahunge Village Home.

The Brand Chef
The love for creating new flavor combinations has led our chef to the culinary industry.
Having started at Carahunge restaurants, our chef has been able to turn her skills and ideas into delicious dishes.
She has undertaken professional training in various overseas programs that include both cooking and pastry courses, and has studied at Yeremyan Projects Academy of Culinary Arts and Hospitality.
